Coffee Beans

At Protocol Coffee, we strive to provide the highest quality specialty coffee beans. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, they are typically not refundable. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

  • Replacement Policy: If there is a problem with your coffee bean order, you may request a replacement within 10 days of the order date. You can choose to replace the beans with the same or a different variety of coffee beans. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the replacement process.

Accessories

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of coffee accessories. If for any reason you are not happy with your accessories, you can return them for a full refund.

  • Return Policy: Accessories can be returned within 1 month of the order date for a full refund, provided they are in good condition and not damaged.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
